(2) Remodeled semi detached social housing unit with potential for use as extended terrace. Outline specification for fabric and services with full costing and set of drawings. (3) Mews property or end of terrace unit with integral garage. Sketch design is 2 bedroom with scope for internal adaptation. (4) Large 3 / 4 bedroom urban terrace unit designed to be suitable for east west orientation. (5) South facing 3 / 4 bedroom urban terrace unit. Sketch design supports alternating reversed units in street scene. (6) Large 4 bedroom detached unit. Sketch design supports external expansion and internal adaptation and further sub division.
