The project brief should reflect your understanding of the client requirements, potential market, planning and policy context (especially as the site is under public ownership) and range of scheme development standards. While there are some example below and here, you should attempt to make your brief unique in content and presentation as you will be using it as the basis for evaluation later in the project.
