We have extensive strategic experience of urban design, masterplanning, design frameworks, regulating plans, design codes and development / design briefs. At a site level we have experience of low energy retrofit and new build projects and can undertake site design, concept to detailed design stages. We are happy to support small scale community-led projects, adaptations, extensions and conversions with 2D plans, 3D models and visualisations.

We specialise in low / zero carbon design strategies and concepts that are particularly suited to custom and self-build projects. We are also creative around communtiy scale development to support co-housing and community land trust developments.
